A Terra ao orbitar o Sol permite-nos ver a nossa estrela projetada na dire&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o das 13 constela&amp;ccedil;&amp;otilde;es diferentes. Estas s&amp;atilde;o denominadas de constela&amp;ccedil;&amp;otilde;es do Zod&amp;iacute;aco.
O tempo que o Sol est&amp;aacute; projetado na dire&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o de cada constela&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o n&amp;atilde;o &amp;eacute; igual em n&amp;uacute;mero de dias. Por exemplo, ele permanece 8,4 dias projetado na dire&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o da constela&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o de Escorpi&amp;atilde;o e 44,5 dias na dire&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o da Virgem.
Podemos construir um modelo que ajude a entender como os planetas vis&amp;iacute;veis a olho nu se movem em rela&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o ao fundo estelar e, assim, fornecer a sua localiza&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o e visibilidade em rela&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o ao horizonte local.</langstring><langstring xml:lang=""/></description><keyword><langstring xml:lang="pt">astronomia</langstring><langstring xml:lang="pt"> Sistema Solar</langstring><langstring xml:lang="pt"> planetas</langstring><langstring xml:lang="pt"> movimento de transla&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o</langstring><langstring xml:lang="pt"> orienta&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o espacial</langstring><langstring xml:lang="pt"> escala</langstring><langstring xml:lang="pt"> constela&amp;ccedil;&amp;otilde;es</langstring><langstring xml:lang="pt"> Zod&amp;iacute;aco</langstring></keyword></general><lifecycle><status><source>LOM v1.0</source><value>final</value></status><version><langstring xml:lang="en">1.0</langstring></version><contribute><role><source>LOM v1.0</source><value>author</value></role><date><datetime>2009-01-01</datetime><description/></date><centity><vcard>Paula Furtado</vcard></centity><centity><vcard>Leonor Cabral</vcard></centity></contribute><contribute><role><source>LOM v1.0</source><value>publisher</value></role><date><datetime>2013-04-15</datetime><description/></date><centity><vcard>Leonor Cabral</vcard></centity></contribute></lifecycle><metametadata><language>pt</language><metadatascheme>LOM v1.0</metadatascheme><contribute><role><source>LOM v1.0</source><value>creator</value></role><date><datetime>2013-04-15</datetime><description/></date><centity><vcard>Leonor Cabral</vcard></centity></contribute><contribute><role><source>LOM v1.0</source><value>validator</value></role><date><datetime>2013-04-15</datetime><description/></date><centity><vcard>Leonor Cabral</vcard></centity></contribute></metametadata><technical><duration><datetime/><description/></duration><requirement><type><source>LOM v1.0</source><value>browser</value></type><name><source>LOM v1.0</source><value>any</value></name><minimumversion/><maximumversion/></requirement><requirement><type><source>LOM v1.0</source><value>os</value></type><name><source>LOM v1.0</source><value>any</value></name><minimumversion/><maximumversion/></requirement><installationremarks/><otherplatformrequirements/><size></size><format>text/html</format><location>http://portal.discoverthecosmos.eu/node/193578</location></technical><rights><cost><source>LOM v1.0</source><value>no</value></cost><copyrightandotherrestrictions><source>LOM v1.0</source><value>no</value></copyrightandotherrestrictions><description/></rights><educational><interactivitytype><source>LOM v1.0</source><value>mixed</value></interactivitytype><interactivitylevel><source>LOM v1.0</source><value>high</value></interactivitylevel><semanticdensity><source/><value/></semanticdensity><difficulty><source>LOM v1.0</source><value>medium</value></difficulty><learningresourcetype><source>LOM v1.0</source><value>simulation</value></learningresourcetype><learningresourcetype><source>LOM v1.0</source><value>Guided Research</value></learningresourcetype><context><source>LOM v1.0</source><value>2 didactic hours</value></context><typicalagerange><langstring xml:lang="en">9-12</langstring><langstring xml:lang="en">12-15</langstring></typicalagerange></educational><classification><purpose><source>LOM v1.0</source><value>Discipline</value></purpose><taxonpath><source><langstring xml:lang="en">Science</langstring></source><taxon><id/><entry><langstring xml:lang="en">Astronomy: Constellations</langstring><langstring xml:lang="en">Astronomy: Orbit</langstring><langstring xml:lang="en">Astronomy: Planets</langstring><langstring xml:lang="en">Astronomy: Solar system</langstring><langstring xml:lang="en">Astronomy: Solar system - other</langstring><langstring xml:lang="en">Astronomy: Sun</langstring><langstring xml:lang="en">Astronomy: Zodiac</langstring><langstring xml:lang="en">Scientific enquiry: Creativity in science</langstring><langstring xml:lang="en">Useful materials and products: Everyday materials</langstring></entry></taxon></taxonpath><description/></classification></lom>
